Yes, we charge a diagnostic fee for one hour of troubleshooting a specific issue. Additional issues may require a follow-up diagnosis and charge.
Can I use my own parts and you just provide just the labor?
To keep our repair standards high, we will not install customer provided parts as they are prone to poor component quality and wrong part sourcing and diagnosing.
Yes, we have a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty covering both parts and labor on the work we perform
What vehicle service information do you use?
we have several paid companies that we use such as Alldata commercial, Mitchell1 prodemand commercial and Identifix.
What days does Roberts Mobile Mechanics operate?
We are open Monday through Friday and on Saturday and Sundays with different operating fees and labor rates
Does Roberts Mobile Mechanics have Insurance policies?
Yes, we have a few insurance policies such as commercial insurance policy, liability insurance policy and bonded insurance policy.
