Service & Pricing Information
Diagnostic / Testing Fee
$130.00 plus tax
Mandatory local travel fee: $50.00 (one-hour minimum)
The diagnostic fee covers testing for one specific issue per vehicle. It does not include diagnosing multiple unrelated problems. Any additional diagnostic time beyond the first hour must be approved by the customer.
Please allow a 2–3 day grace period from the time of booking. Repair time can vary depending on the vehicle and complexity of the issue.
Labor Rates
American gasoline cars and trucks: $130.00 per hour
BMW, Mercedes, and diesel vehicles: $180.00 per hour (plus travel fees)
Davidson County flat rate: $130.00 per hour plus tax
Outside Davidson County: Additional fuel and labor charges apply
Saturday & Sunday labor rate: $180.00 per hour
If a vehicle has already been disassembled by another party, the hourly rate will be $180.00.
Parts & Warranty
1-year / 12,000-mile warranty on parts (purchased by us) and labor
OEM or high-quality equivalent parts are used
Customer-supplied parts are generally not installed
If approved under special circumstances, no warranty applies to parts or labor
All repairs are based on our own testing and diagnosis to ensure warranty coverage.
Equipment & Standards
We use professional diagnostic tools, scanners, and current service information systems to properly test and confirm repairs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Failure to pay cancellation fees may result in legal action and vehicle towing at the owner’s expense.
Non-Payment Policy
If payment for repairs, diagnostics, or service fees is not made, the vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Chargebacks
If a service-related issue occurs due to our work, it will be addressed. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in vehicle towing at the owner’s expense and a mechanic’s lien being applied.
Appointment Timing
While appointments are scheduled for specific dates and times, exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed due to the nature of auto repair and unforeseen circumstances. In some cases, a grace period of up to two days may be required.
Out-of-State Customers
Repairs performed for out-of-state customers cannot be warranted. All issues will be addressed to the best of our ability before departure.
