Terms and Conditions - Roberts Mobile Mechanics

The Travel Fee and the first hour of diagnosing/evaluating/general look over is 130.00 plus tax and out of the 130.00 there is a nonrefundable deposit of 35.00 plus tax the remainder of 95.00 plus tax will be charged in person. (there is a 1 hour minimum)
The Diagnoses/evaluating Fee is for testing purposes only and does not include parts changing or part labor.
If more diagnostic time is needed after the hour before anymore testing is done the customer has to approve more diagnostic time at 95.00 and hour.
This Service fee and hourly Fee is for Monday – Friday Locally (Davidson County): more info in FAQ page
The 95.00 diagnostic fee is for 1 specific issue per vehicle and not on every problem on the vehicle.
I will also need a 2 to 3 day grace period from the time you book your appointment on some cases (some cars are easy and some are tough to repair)
The labor rate on american cars and trucks (gas) is 95.00, The labor rate for bmw, mercedes and diesels are at 130.00 and hour plus travel fees
The hourly flat rate time locally (Davidson county) is $95.00 plus taxes
Outside of Davidson County there will be a up-charge on fuel and labor
I am Equipped and Qualified and Certified and Commercial Insured to do all repairs on a vehicle.
I’m fully equipped with all diagnosing tools, scanners, all the latest test best technology.
I have a 1 year 12,000 miles Warranty on all parts and labor guarantee. I only use oem or the best part for the vehicle.
If someone else has started a job and has the car torn apart the hourly flat rate of 95.00 changes to 130.00 flat rate
I “do not” use customers parts
I “do Not” go by what other shops or persons say I do my own testing and diagnosis to confirm the repair for my warranty
